6.1 In case of cancellation, replacement or postponement of an event Buyer may return the purchased tickets and is entitled to claim a refund of the money paid which is the face value price.

6.2 Tickets to an event that has been cancelled or replaced tickets for the original scheduled performance will be valid for the newly announced performance or a concert, but at the request of the buyer they can be returned to the Theatre box office.

6.3 In case the performance is postponed or changed, the ticket return can be only be done prior to the scheduled date and time of that performance. In case the performance is cancelled, the ticket return can be made starting from the date of the cancellation order until the date of the cancelled performance, as well as within 10 calendar days after the date of the performance.

6.4 Tickets are reimbursed according to their face value. Refunds for the tickets purchased with debit/credit cards shall be made to the same card to which the purchase was made, within the terms and according to the established rules of the issuing bank.

6.5 Information about replacement or cancellation of an event as well as the terms of the tickets return are posted at the box office and on the website of the Theatre.
