5.1 In case of cancellation, replacement or postponement of an event Buyer may return the purchased tickets and is entitled to claim a refund of the money paid which is the face value price.

5.2 Tickets to an event that has been cancelled or replaced tickets for the original scheduled performance will be valid for the newly announced performance or a concert, but at the request of the buyer they can be returned to the theater ticket office.

5.3 In case the performance is cancelled or changed, the ticket return can be only be done prior to the scheduled date and time of that performance.

5.4 In case of cancellation of a performance, ticket holders have up to 10 days from date of canceled performance to receive a refund or replacement ticket which ever applies.

5.5 Tickets are reimbursed according to their face value.

5.6 Refunds for the tickets purchased with debit/credit cards shall be made to the same card to which the purchase was made, within the terms and according to the established rules of the issuing bank.

5.7 Information about replacement or cancellation of an event as well as the terms of the tickets return are posted at the ticket office and on the website of the Theatre
