2007 — 1st prize at the International youth competition in classical dance “Crystal shoe” (category “solo”) Kharkov (Ukraine)

2008 — 1st prize at the Russian Open Competition of Ballet Dancers “Arabesque” in Perm (category “solo”) and the Natalia Makarova award “To the best female dancer”, also a prize for the best performing of a contemporary choreography piece (shared with the participant from Perm), she also got the Dyagilev’s House Prize “Russia’s Hope”, as well as the Media Jury Diploma “Arabesque discovery”.

2009 — the youth grant of the Triumph prize, the Theatrical Association of Russia prize “Exercice” presented to the students of finals years at the ballet schools “For successful mastery of ballet art” (for the title role in Grand Pas from Paquita, the Moscow Choreographic Academy performance); the 1st prize at the International Competition of ballet dancers and choreographers in Moscow (junior group, “duet”)

Анжелина Воронцова


She was born in Voronezh. In 2001-2008 she studied at the Voronezh state ballet school (class of Tatyana Frolova). In 2008 after winning the “Arabesque” competition, she became the 3d year student at the Moscow State Choreographic Academy (class of Natalya Arkhipova).
In 2009 she graduated from the Moscow State Choreographic Academy and joined the Ballet Company of the Bolshoi Theater.
Now her teacher-repetiteur is Nikolai Tsiskaridze.
Her debut on the stage of the Bolshoi Theater was in the first night performance of Vladimir Vasiliev’s ballet The Oath of the Ushers to music by G. Getty under the auspices of the Russian national orchestra festival.
