Biography

He was born in Simferopol, Ukraine. In 2005, he graduated from the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music.

In 2006, he became a Helikon-Opera Company soloist, where he sang the following roles:
Vladimir Lensky (Eugene Onegin)
Lykov (Rimsky-Korsakov’s The Tsar’s Bride)
Alfredo (La Traviata)

In 2007, he made his Bolshoi Theatre debut as Simpleton in Boris Godunov.

In 2006, he took part in the May Opera Evenings Festival in Skopje (Macedonia), in the First All-Russian Panorama of Musical Theatres Festival, in Omsk, and in International Television Festival Golden Prague. He also appeared at the Festival in Beaulieu-sur-Mer (France), at the Volksblad Arts Festival (South African Republic), at the Russian Ball in Baden-Baden (Germany). He took part in performances of Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9 and Mozart’s Mass in C major in Tokyo and Kobe (Japan).
